Repairs

When a fault is found please report it to The Lettings Boutique as soon as possible so that we can get the appropriate contractor out. In most instances the contractor will be at the property within a few days. Should a replacement part be required this will be ordered and fitted when the replacement is ready which may be several days if it needs to be ordered.

The Contractors are Sub-Contractors and are not directly employed by The Lettings Boutique. If we have notified you that a Contractor is due to visit the property and you don’t think that they have been then please contact us so that we can chase them up.

Your contact details may be passed to the contractor so that they can arrange access to the property.
