Full Management
This provides our landlords with a complete all inclusive package including:

Set Up Fee: £395.00 + VAT per property
Management Fee: From 13% + VAT of the rent received.

Bespoke Service
This allows you to mix and match to build the management system that is right for you. It can be flexible and you will only be charged for the services you choose. For example: You like organising maintenance and repairs but prefer not to deal with rent collection and arrears therefore our rent collection service would suit you.
Set Up Fee: £395.00 + VAT per property
Bespoke Fee: From 7.5%+ VAT of the rent received.
